**XTheStoryteller** operates exclusively as a **digital-only business**. We do not ship physical products. All items purchased from our store are digital goods delivered electronically.

We endeavor to fulfill all orders promptly. Upon successful payment confirmation, your digital products will be made available for download or access through your account dashboard and/or via email delivery.

### Delivery Issues & Mistaken Receipt of Goods
